Pricing

Pay for the seats your agency needs

The published plans include the same platform features. Your monthly price changes with the number of people using it, not with a feature tier.

Monthly plans

Solo$59

per month for one person. Every platform feature is included; upgrade to Team when you need to add teammates.

Team$89

per month for two people, with every platform feature included. Add more teammates for $49 per additional seat each month.

Choose annual billing to save 10%: $637.20 per year for Solo, $961.20 per year for Team, and $529.20 per year for each additional Team seat. Select billing and seats on the homepage.

For example, a three-person team would start with the two-seat plan at $89 per month and add one seat at $49 per month, for $138 per month. Count the people who actually need access before choosing a plan.

What is included?

The homepage lists CRM access, a sales pipeline, renewal and service workflows, claims tracking, email and text campaigns, a shared inbox and task assignment, team activity visibility, and ready-to-use automation campaigns. Review the platform overview and automation examples to decide whether those tools address your agency's specific gaps.

What about setup and contracts?

Better Agency currently states that there is no onboarding fee or long-term contract. Before signing up, confirm current terms, billing details, message-related costs if applicable, and how your team will bring its contact information into the CRM. A CRM is not your AMS, so also check any data handoff your agency will need.

Pick a plan around your workflow

Start with the people who will work quotes, answer service requests, or own renewal follow-up. If the same person handles every step, one seat may be enough to start. If work regularly passes between a producer and a service teammate, two seats make that handoff easier to manage. For an example of how to assign that work, see the renewal guide.
